1. One-time resume downloads
- A resume purchase (₹50 in India, $1.99 elsewhere) unlocks one resume you built for unlimited PDF re-downloads.
- Because the PDF is generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once a download has succeeded.
- If you paid but the resume didn't unlock because of a technical problem on our side, email nohayasite@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will either fix access or refund you in full.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same resume, you will always get a full refund of the extra or failed charge. Send us the payment reference.
3. How to request a refund
Email nohayasite@gmail.com with the payment method (Razorpay or PayPal), the order or transaction ID, and a short description of the problem.
4. Processing time
We reply within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
