These terms govern your use of https://nohayaresumes.com(the "Service"), operated by Nohaya. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Nohaya Resumes provides resume examples, templates, writing guides and a browser-based resume builder. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Using examples and templates
- You may use our examples and templates to write your own resume for personal job applications.
- Example resumes are fictional. You are responsible for making sure your resume is truthful and accurate.
- You may not copy our content in bulk, republish it, or resell it.
3. Purchases
- Building and editing resumes is free. Downloading a resume you built as a PDF costs ₹50 in India (via Razorpay) or $1.99 elsewhere (via PayPal), once per resume.
- A purchase unlocks that resume for unlimited re-downloads from the same browser account. Purchases are not transferable.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Your content
Your resumes are stored in your browser and remain yours. Because we do not hold copies, we cannot recover resumes lost when browser data is cleared. Export backups of anything important.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass payments, interference with the site's operation, or unlawful use.
6. No guarantee of results
We work hard to make our guidance accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee interviews or job offers, and salary figures are estimates. The Service is provided "as is".
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
